Amanda helped me through a rather difficult transition as my husband died unexpectedly and our paperwork was not in order. Amanda walked us through all the necessary steps that we needed to take so that the house could be sold and also managed to encourage the buyers to hold on and wait until all the dust had settled by getting two extensions signed. So the original buyer that gave us the first offer also got the house. What was the best thing was she was given an offer one and one half DAYS after she listed it and she also held a back up offer that came in the same day!
