Amanda was truly a blessing. My family and I were looking for a very specific home, with a long list of “must-haves.” She never batted an eye any time we wanted to see a house, when we sent her ones that we liked from pictures she did background digging to make sure that we wouldn’t be an area with deed restrictions or HOAs, she was honest with us when it came to the financial side of things as well. About 75% through our closing period, we had an issue with financing and thought we would have to back out of the deal, but Amanda told us not to worry, she made a couple phone calls and within an hour or so, we were back on the right track, with a better financing company. Honest, hardworking, and wonderful! We wouldn’t use another realtor in a million years!!!
